Summary

This study aims to measure how much of certain chemicals Singapore residents are exposed to through their diet. Researchers will collect blood or urine samples and food questionnaires from 300 healthy adults of Chinese, Indian, or Malay ethnicity. The goal is to understand which foods are linked to higher chemical exposure to help improve food safety guidelines.
