First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study collects information from 1,000 adults who have had or will have a vein stent placed to treat blocked veins in the legs or chest. Researchers will track how well the stents stay open, if repeat procedures are needed, and any complications. The goal is to learn more about the long-term safety and effectiveness of using stents in veins, which are not yet FDA-approved for this use.
