Summary
This study tests whether a paste made from simvastatin (a common cholesterol drug) works as well as an antibiotic paste to treat infected baby molars in children aged 5 to 8. The treatment is placed inside the tooth without drilling, aiming to stop infection and save the tooth. Sixty children will be followed for 3 months to see if pain, swelling, and signs of infection improve.
