Hospital training showdown: sim lab vs. real operating room

Summary
This study looks at two different ways to train healthcare teams: one in a simulation center and the other right in the operating room (called in-situ simulation). About 108 professionals who work in surgery will take part. The goal is to see which method helps teams learn better, work together more effectively, and improve patient safety.
