NCT ID NCT07514247
First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at whether using realistic simulation training (with actors and in-hospital practice) helps nursing students better recognize when an IV is leaking into the tissue and make smarter clinical decisions. About 90 first-year nursing students will be split into two groups: one gets simulation training, the other gets traditional teaching. The goal is to see if hands-on practice improves their knowledge, decision-making, and confidence.
