Summary

This study looked at whether high-fidelity simulation (realistic training with advanced mannequins) helps new nurses improve their technical skills and mental health. Seventy newly graduated nurses in Taiwan took part in a training session on handling airway emergencies. Researchers measured their knowledge, performance, confidence, and well-being before, right after, and three months later.
