Simulation training boosts Midwives' newborn care skills

Summary

This study looks at whether hands-on simulation training can improve midwives' confidence and skills in caring for newborns right after birth. About 100 midwives will take part, and their knowledge and performance will be measured before and after the training. The goal is to see if this type of training leads to better care for babies.
