Summary
This study tested three ways to teach basic life support (CPR) to people who are not healthcare workers: virtual reality, high-tech mannequins, and simple mannequins. Sixty-three volunteers took part and were tested on their knowledge, skills, confidence, and satisfaction right after training and again three months later. The goal was to find out which method helps everyday people learn and remember life-saving skills best.
