Simple 3-Week exercise program cuts fall risk for seniors

NCT ID NCT05442944

Summary

This study tested whether a simple, 3-week physiotherapy program could improve balance and reaction speed in older adults with spinal arthritis. Sixty participants aged 65-95 were randomly assigned to either do the exercises or not. The results showed the exercise program significantly improved both static and dynamic balance, which can help reduce the risk of dangerous falls.
