Summary

This study tested a medical device called Simeox against a standard breathing technique (autogenic drainage) in 31 adults with cystic fibrosis. The goal was to see which method better clears mucus from the lungs and improves breathing. Participants used both methods in separate sessions, and their lung function and symptoms were compared.
