New cancer drug enters first human trials for Tough-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This is the first study in people to test an experimental drug called SIM0505 for advanced solid tumors. It aims to find a safe dose and see early signs of whether the drug can shrink tumors. The study is for adults with specific advanced cancers, like certain ovarian, kidney, uterine, and lung cancers, who have run out of standard treatment options.
