Summary
This study aims to find the best way to treat cavities in young children. It will compare a simple silver fluoride paint (SDF) with a gentle, drill-free filling technique (ART). Researchers will measure which treatment stops cavities better, is more accepted by parents and children, and improves kids' oral health quality of life over one year.
