Summary
This study is testing a new wound therapy system that combines a vacuum pump with silver to treat chronic leg ulcers. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and helps reduce wound size faster than standard care. Researchers will enroll about 87 adults with venous leg ulcers that show signs of infection.
