Summary

This study compares two wound treatments for people with diabetes who have serious foot wounds after leg artery surgery. One group gets standard vacuum therapy, the other gets the same therapy plus a silver nanoparticle spray. The goal is to see which approach helps wounds close faster and reduces infection. About 100 adults are taking part.
