This trial compares a new silver-coated dressing made with nanotechnology to a standard saline-moistened gauze for treating infected diabetic foot ulcers. Adults with moderate (PEDIS grade 2 or 3) ulcers will receive either the silver dressing or conventional gauze, changed every 3 days for 21 days, alongside routine diabetic foot care.
