Summary
This early-stage study aimed to understand how a cream containing sildenafil and L-arginine affects genital blood flow in healthy women. Thirteen premenopausal women applied the test cream and two comparison creams. Researchers used a thermal camera to measure temperature changes in response to videos, as an indicator of blood flow.
