Summary

This study is testing whether combining kinesiotaping (a special elastic tape) with core stability exercises helps women with long-term sacroiliac joint pain. It aims to see if this combination reduces pain, improves daily function, and lessens fear of movement. The trial will compare this combined approach to standard care over a 6-week program.
