NCT ID NCT07244679
First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a fast, targeted adjustment to the sacroiliac joint (where the spine meets the pelvis) could improve core stability in healthy adults. Sixty people aged 18-40 were split into two groups: one received the adjustment, the other did not. Results showed small, short-term improvements in trunk stability and flexibility after the adjustment, suggesting it may help with muscle control even in people without pain.
