Summary
This study will follow 1,000 adults who have sickle cell trait (carry one sickle cell gene) to learn more about how it affects their blood and overall health. Researchers will measure hemoglobin levels, check for signs of kidney disease, and track any health problems that may arise. The goal is to better understand the condition and identify potential risks.
