New gut health supplement trial seeks to tame bacterial overgrowth
NCT ID NCT07215676
Summary
This small pilot study aims to see if a new multi-ingredient nutritional supplement is safe and tolerable for adults with a specific type of gut condition called hydrogen-dominant SIBO. Ten participants will take the supplement daily for eight weeks while researchers monitor their health and check for any side effects. The study will also explore if the supplement helps improve gut symptoms, quality of life, and breath test results.
