New study tests mindful movement vs. core strength for back pain relief
NCT ID NCT07370272
Summary
This study aims to find out which type of exercise is more helpful when added to standard physical therapy for sacroiliac joint pain. Researchers will compare two approaches: core strengthening exercises versus a mindful movement training that focuses on controlling how the lower back and pelvis move. The goal is to see which method better reduces pain and improves daily function and stability in adults with this type of chronic back pain.
