Summary
This study is comparing two different hands-on therapy techniques to see which works better for relieving chronic pain caused by sacroiliac joint dysfunction, a common source of lower back and hip pain. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, quality of life, and walking patterns in 60 adult participants. The goal is to find the most effective approach for managing this persistent condition.
