Hands-On healing: which touch therapy works best for back pain?

NCT ID NCT07310368

Summary

This study aims to find out which of two hands-on physical therapy techniques works better for women with sacroiliac joint pain, a common cause of chronic low back pain. It will compare myofascial release (soft tissue massage) to joint mobilization (gentle joint movements), both added to a standard exercise program. Researchers will measure changes in pain, balance, and spinal mobility over six weeks of treatment.
