Summary
This study compared two different exercise approaches for people with chronic sacroiliac joint pain, which causes lower back and buttock discomfort. Forty adults with this condition performed either Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (breathing and movement-based exercises) or traditional Core Stability Exercises for four weeks. Researchers measured which program better reduced pain and improved pelvic stability during movement.
