Summary
This study looked at whether a specific chiropractic adjustment to the sacroiliac (SI) joints in the lower back could immediately improve core stability and flexibility in healthy adults. Sixty healthy participants were randomly assigned to either receive the adjustment or no treatment. The results showed short-term improvements in trunk stability and flexibility for those who received the adjustment.
