Summary
This study compares two muscle-energy techniques to correct pelvic misalignment in people with sacroiliac joint dysfunction. Fifty adults aged 18–50 with confirmed pelvic pain will receive either innominate rotation correction or sacral torsion correction, plus standard heat, electrical stimulation, and core exercises. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain and improves daily function over 4 weeks.
