First seen Apr 18, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding a hands-on therapy called Mulligan's mobilization to standard movement training can better reduce pain and improve walking in people with sacroiliac joint dysfunction. About 55 adults aged 45-64 with confirmed SI joint pain will be split into two groups. One group gets the combined treatment, the other gets movement training alone. The goal is to see if the combo offers extra relief for this common cause of low back and pelvic pain.
