Summary
This study compares two types of exercise—Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization and Core Stability Exercises—for people with sacroiliac joint dysfunction, a common cause of low back and buttock pain. Forty adults aged 30-45 with chronic pain will be randomly assigned to one of the programs for four weeks. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain and improves pelvic stability.
