New drug duo aims to shrink hard-to-treat tumors in advanced cancer patients

Summary

This study tests two experimental drugs, SI-B003 alone or combined with BL-B01D1, in 52 adults with advanced bladder cancer or other solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if these drugs can shrink tumors or slow disease progression. Participants must be 18-75 years old, in fairly good health, and have no standard treatment options left.
