Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called SI-B001 for people with advanced head and neck cancer that has come back or spread after standard treatments stopped working. It aims to see if the drug is safe and can help control the cancer. The trial is open to adults whose cancer got worse despite previous immunotherapy and chemotherapy.
