Summary
This study tests a new drug (SHR-A2102) combined with another drug (adebrelimab) for people with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the treatment shrinks tumors. About 248 adults aged 18-70 will take part.
