Summary

This phase 3 trial tests whether adding the experimental drug SHR-A1912 to standard chemotherapy (R-GEMOX) helps people with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. About 280 adults whose cancer came back after at least one prior treatment will be randomly assigned to receive either the new combo or standard chemo alone. The main goals are to see if more patients achieve complete remission and if overall survival improves.
