Summary

This study tests whether adding the experimental drug SHR-A1912 to standard chemotherapy (R-GEMOX) helps people with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma whose cancer has come back or not responded to prior treatment. About 280 adults aged 18–79 will be randomly assigned to receive either the new combination or standard therapy alone. The main goals are to see if the combo improves complete response rates and overall survival.
