New experimental drug targets advanced cancers with specific marker

Summary
This early-stage study is testing an experimental drug called SHR-A1904 in people with advanced solid tumors, specifically gastric, pancreatic, and other cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose, check how the body processes the drug, and see if it helps shrink tumors. To participate, patients must have tumors that test positive for a specific protein marker called Claudin 18.2.
