Summary

This study tests a new drug, SHR-A1904, in people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has a specific protein called CLDN18.2. The goal is to see if this drug helps people live longer compared to standard treatments. About 524 adults aged 18-75 will take part, and the study is currently recruiting.
