Summary
This study tests a new drug called SHR-A1904, given together with chemotherapy and immunotherapy, for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific protein called CLDN18.2. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and works better than standard treatment. About 924 adults aged 18 to 75 with tumors that cannot be removed by surgery or have spread will take part.
