Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called SHR-7787 works better when combined with other cancer medications for people with advanced solid tumors. Researchers will enroll 400 patients to check if the treatment is safe and if it helps shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. The trial has two parts: first finding the right dose, then measuring how well the combination works.
