Summary
This early-stage clinical trial is testing a new injectable drug called SHR-4298 in patients with advanced solid tumors that have returned or spread. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can help control the cancer. The study will enroll about 200 adults whose cancer cannot be cured with surgery or standard treatments.
