New cancer drug begins first human testing
NCT ID NCT06618651
Summary
This study is testing a new drug called SHR-3821 in people with advanced solid tumors to see if it's safe and how the body processes it. Researchers will enroll 162 adults with various advanced cancers to determine the right dose and look for early signs of effectiveness. This is the first time this drug is being tested in humans, so the main focus is on safety rather than proving it works.
