Summary
This early-stage study tests a new injectable drug, SHR-3821, in 162 people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if it can help control the cancer. Participants must be 18-75, in fairly good health, and have a tumor that can be measured.
