Summary
This study tested a new medicine called SHR-1918 in 26 people with a rare genetic condition that causes extremely high cholesterol (homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia). The main goal was to see if the drug could lower their bad cholesterol levels after 12 weeks. All participants were already on standard cholesterol-lowering treatments.
