Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called SHR-1918 in 26 patients with a rare, inherited form of very high cholesterol. The goal was to see if the drug could safely lower their 'bad' LDL cholesterol levels over 12 weeks. All participants received the drug while continuing their standard cholesterol medications.
