Summary
This study tests an investigational drug called SHR-1819 in 423 adults with prurigo nodularis, a skin condition causing intense, persistent itching. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo injection, and researchers measure how much itching improves over 16-24 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug safely reduces itch severity.
