Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called SHR-1139 in 20 adults with pyoderma gangrenosum, a rare condition causing painful skin ulcers. The main goal is to see if the drug can completely close the largest ulcer and keep it closed. Researchers will also check for side effects and how the drug moves through the body.
