New shot aims to heal stubborn skin ulcers in rare disease

Summary
This early study tests an injection called SHR-1139 in 10 adults with ulcerative pyoderma gangrenosum, a rare condition causing painful skin ulcers. The main goal is to see if the treatment can fully close the target ulcer by 12 weeks. Researchers will also check for side effects and how long any healing lasts.
