New cancer drug begins first human tests

Summary

This is the first study in people to test a new drug called SHR-1049 injection for patients with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose, check for side effects, and see how the body processes the drug. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help control the cancer in about 200 participants.
