Summary
This study looked at whether taking a warm shower during labor helps women feel less pain and anxiety, and more comfortable and satisfied with their birth experience. 94 pregnant women in active labor were randomly assigned to either shower or receive standard care. The researchers measured pain, anxiety, comfort, and satisfaction using simple rating scales and questionnaires.
