Summary
This study compares two different surgical techniques used to repair a separated shoulder joint (acromioclavicular joint injury). Doctors will randomly assign 74 patients aged 18-45 with this specific injury to receive either the single-tunnel or double-tunnel surgery. The goal is to see which method leads to better shoulder function and recovery for patients.
