New exercise program aims to boost shoulder surgery recovery
NCT ID NCT07309796
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a specific set of muscle-strengthening exercises to the usual physical therapy program helps people recover better after reverse shoulder replacement surgery. Researchers will compare two groups: one doing standard rehab and another doing standard rehab plus the extra exercises. They will measure pain levels, shoulder movement, arm function, and quality of life to see which approach works best.
