First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks to manage pain after arthroscopic shoulder surgery. One is a standard block near the neck, and the other is a newer block placed on the upper back. Researchers will measure how much pain medication patients need and their pain scores. The goal is to find a better way to control pain, help patients move sooner, and shorten hospital stays.
