Summary
This study is testing whether adding specific nerve gliding exercises to standard shoulder stretches helps people with frozen shoulder move their arm better and feel less pain. It will compare two groups of patients doing different exercise routines over several weeks. The goal is to find the most effective physical therapy approach for this painful, stiff condition.
